EdenHill offers a range of living options, including independent living apartments and cottages, assisted living studios or one-bedroom apartments, private memory care suites, and skilled nursing accommodations. Each option is designed to meet different needs and preferences.

The Independent Living entrance deposit is a one-time upfront deposit that secures your residency at EdenHill across all our neighborhoods. It covers access to amenities and services and provides significant financial credits to be used towards healthcare options. Details of what is covered in the entrance deposit will be discussed during the personalized consultation process.

In our Independent and Assisted Living, a monthly fee covers various services such as dining, housekeeping, utilities, maintenance, and access to community amenities. The details of the monthly fee are tailored to your chosen living option and care needs.

Our Skilled Nursing Neighborhoods charge a daily, rather than a monthly rate. Our rates at EdenHill are all-inclusive.

Independent Living at EdenHill Communities is all about empowering residents to maintain their independence while enjoying the convenience of community living. Residents have the freedom to create their own schedules, pursue their interests, and engage in activities at their own pace, with assistance available in our HealthCare community if needed.

Each incoming resident is assigned a resident ambassador to help “learn the ropes” at EdenHill. The ambassador was once new to EdenHill too, and can share personal support. The ambassador is available the first few weeks after move-in to answer questions, help guide residents around campus, and invite new residents to dining and social events. Additionally, Our dedicated team members are here to provide personalized assistance and guidance to residents as they acclimate to their new surroundings. Whether you have questions about dining options, recreational activities, or wellness programs, we're here to ensure that you feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.
