EdenHill offers a range of living options, including independent living apartments and cottages, assisted living studios or one-bedroom apartments, private memory care suites, and skilled nursing accommodations. Each option is designed to meet different needs and preferences.

The Independent Living entrance deposit is a one-time upfront deposit that secures your residency at EdenHill across all our neighborhoods. It covers access to amenities and services and provides significant financial credits to be used towards healthcare options. Details of what is covered in the entrance deposit will be discussed during the personalized consultation process.

In our Independent and Assisted Living, a monthly fee covers various services such as dining, housekeeping, utilities, maintenance, and access to community amenities. The details of the monthly fee are tailored to your chosen living option and care needs.

Our Skilled Nursing Neighborhoods charge a daily, rather than a monthly rate. Our rates at EdenHill are all-inclusive.

EdenHill also has a full-time Chaplain who ministers to residents as well as their family members. Independent Living at EdenHill Communities is all about empowering residents to maintain their independence while enjoying the convenience of community living. Residents have the freedom to create their own schedules, pursue their interests, and engage in activities at their own pace, with assistance available in our HealthCare community if needed.

Each incoming resident is assigned a resident ambassador to help “learn the ropes” at EdenHill. The ambassador was once new to EdenHill too, and can share personal support. The ambassador is available the first few weeks after move-in to answer questions, help guide residents around campus, and invite new residents to dining and social events. Additionally, Our dedicated team members are here to provide personalized assistance and guidance to residents as they acclimate to their new surroundings. Whether you have questions about dining options, recreational activities, or wellness programs, we're here to ensure that you feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.

Yes — small, well-trained pets are welcome in Independent Living and Assisted Living neighborhoods. Residents may bring a cat, dog, or other approved pet, subject to community guidelines and support to ensure a safe, clean, and considerate environment for all.

Yes, EdenHill Communities participates in the Community Nursing Home (CNH) and Community Care Network (CCN) VA Programs for skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.

The initial assessment completed by our Administrator will identify all medications your mom is currently taking. Once she moves in, all prescriptions will be ordered directly by our nursing staff and delivered to the EdenHill nurse on duty, where they are stored in a locked, secure cabinet.  If any over-the-counter medications are needed, the nurse will contact the Power of Attorney (POA) to request that they be purchased and delivered to the nurse. These medications are also stored in the locked, secure cabinet.  Any changes to prescription medications will be called in by the physician to our preferred pharmacy and delivered directly to our nursing staff.  

Visitors bring joy and help cultivate a warm, family-like atmosphere. Many times, new residents may fear that once they move in, they will be forgotten or not receive visits. We encourage family members and friends to visit and spend time with residents whenever they wish.

It is important for residents to recognize and connect with personal items such as familiar belongings, photographs, and clothing, as these help them feel more secure.
